Lovely Harbour Views and Really good Service
helpful staff good cake spacious room convenient location
The hotel staff was genuinely helpful. Mr Tony Lo at the concierge offered excellent guidance, especially with metro navigation. Upon our return on my birthday, a good complimentary cake looked in our room. The beautiful harbour view room was spacious, and it offered an very nice view. I found the location convenient for shopping and sightseeing.
The gym, although functional, was slightly smaller than anticipated. Otherwise, my visit was seamless.

Our beautiful harbour view room had generous space. It also featured large windows, bringing in lots of natural light. The bed had soft, high-quality linens that felt very luxurious. The bathroom included a rainfall shower. The water pressure was constant.

great location convenient access really good food
I appreciated the excellent location near the star ferry. a shopping mall on level 2 provided convenient access to various stores. the italian food at the hotel restaurant was really good. I found it delicious.
the hotel's decor seemed a bit dated. some areas could benefit from modernization.

The hotel location is very convenient. It's close to many attractions. The staff in the club lounge provided excellent service. I had a comfortable time there.
The check-in process was slow. An intern managed it. My assigned room was dusty. The room was also located in a corner.

i enjoyed the short walk to nearby attractions and eateries. tsim sha tsui mtr and star ferry were also very close. the staff were always ready to help and were very friendly. many restaurants and malls are nearby.
the gym is small.

uneven experience at an aging hotel
outdated gym disappointing pool
the location really did a good job of being close to shops and ferries.
my room wasn't great it felt pretty outdated. the gym wasn't clean i never found sanitizer. the pool area disappointed me it looked nothing like the relaxing photos online.
